Hugo Kaagman - Dutch graffiti / street art legend, Kaagman has been an active spraycan art and stencil street artist from the late 1970's. As Blek Le Rat is often credited with starting the stencil revolution in France, Hugo Kaagman is his counterpart for Holland.
No other stencil artist has developed such a rich and precise visual language with stencils in the street art environment. It is easy to understand how he got the moniker 'Stencil King'
